Affecting Eternity

Just for today...

Stand on your own two feet, with the idea that all of the universe is at your beck and call.

Imagine that you are the queen or the king of all of reality, and today is the day that what you think, say, feel, act upon and desire will be manifested throughout all of eternity.

WHO ARE YOU TODAY? Your past does not count. Who you have been, what you have suffered, how you have felt, how others have betrayed you, what you have overcome and even what you have learned have no power in today's experiment.

Today, you are YOU and the world is your canvas.

Break Out of Your Prison

Today is a day of miracles because you have awakened and with your senses are perceiving the world in a way that can only happen when you are in physical flesh. Remember that the body which you alternately bemoan and praise is a miracle. It is your community. It is your village. It is your vehicle. It is your world. It is the microcosm of the intelligence and wisdom that you allow to filter into yourself.

You body represent the collection of your thought/feelings along with those of collective humanity. Therefore, the miracle is that you are able to continue to rise above that influence by over-exerting your own, by remembering that you are the one who is in the driver's seat. There is no one else to do it for you.

YOU are the experiment not only of a large earth scene, but of your own world as well. Focus your mind on what can be, what is possible, for we are the forerunners of a new reality.

When will it happen? It is occurring even now, but we are not the visual recipients of it yet. This is where faith and trust enter into the picture. Imagine the convict who is behind bars, constantly dreaming of the world into which he/she will re-enter.  How many times will that world be created with a fearful belief? How many times will that world be created with the mental brushstrokes of a Rembrandt or a Picasso? Each one is constantly dreaming of what they will encounter ‘when they are released'.

You are, in a manner of speaking, still in your own type of prison, dreaming of the day when you are released. What does that release look, sound, feel, smell, and taste like? Each thought that you have towards creating that 'future' does not go unrewarded. Each is a part of what you are bringing into your 'future' self.

The inmate may dream of meeting the perfect mate, of finding a good job, of eating better food, but at the same time dream of not being good enough to withstand the parole conditions and finding himself/herself back in jail again. So, the dream is one of joy and fear. And the power of the dream can create both at the same time.

Most of us, as creators, have been taking a back seat to co-creating our personal worlds. One moment we think we are sure and the next we are questioning ourself.

Remember, you are being influenced by the world around you. You, as a fish, swimming towards your goal, can become caught in a net, startled by a prey, or buffeted by the unexpected currents of a hurricane. However, as a fish, you have the resiliency to change your goal, to go with the flow, or to continue on towards your goal, undeterred by what you encounter. Either way, you, the fish, are the one deciding.

If you know the direction you are desiring life to carry you, then you will be able to become aware of the influence of masses upon your thoughts and feelings. You are able to remember that the ‘kinks in the plan' do not belong to you sabotaging yourself.....or do they? Ah, so much to think about, or is it ‘so much to feel about'?

When we remember that we and our day and the bodysuit we are wearing are indeed miracles, the doors will open before us just as though we were Zeus himself commanding the very obedience of all of nature, so collect your thunder bolts and prepare to be among the ones who command the atoms of all of existence to heed their call.

If not you, then who?

If not now, then when?

What is Sacred to you?

Posted on Jan 13th, 2008 by Illuminator : Beacon of Light Illuminator

What is sacred to you? What is it within you that you would not give up for any amount of money? What is it about yourself and your life that is sacred? What is it that you hold above all else that you think or dream about?

If you are inclined to be an aggressive type of personality, then what is sacred is something that you are likely to fight for.  If you are inclined to be a secretive type of personality, then what is sacred to you is likely to be kept a deep secret, down within the deep recesses of self. It may be kept so deeply that even those closest to you would not recognize its importance. If you are inclined to be a person who shares and tells all, then what is sacred to you may not seem so special to others who like to guard and keep secret what they hold sacred, or what they are willing to fight for.

What is sacred in your life becomes the priority that the self-master within will deliver due to your attention and focus upon it, unless you fear that it is too precious and could thus be lost and so the fear itself becomes what is manifested.

Until you know what is sacred to you in your lives, you will not know "when" to stop cleansing yourself of that which you feel is a limitation to you.

The value of sacred is that which gives meaning and structure to your life. For many, it would appear that what is sacred is missing, but each human carries the knowing within themselves of what that truly and actually is. Whether or not they have the courage to acknowledge it and then to honor it is the issue.

Today, define sacred for yourself and find what to you, in your daily living and in your spiritual living, is sacred to you. Then explore to what extent you would go to protect the sacred in your life experience.

Emotional Stewardship

Posted on Jan 13th, 2008 by Illuminator : Beacon of Light Illuminator

This is from an entity who has never been human.

I, Shugalá , greet you in the name of all that is sacred, all that is wonderful, all that is the deliciousness of life as you are currently experiencing it. We who watch over you, look after you and infuse our life energies with you seek to understand at the critical juncture in earth’s ‘newness’, what it is that keeps you from practicing your emotional stewardship 100% of the time…

It seems that the human mind, with all of its knowledge, its learning, its ability to extract data and to analyze and comprehend in a myriad of different forms and ways is not able to exercise sufficient control over its emotional self. Why is that?

We who have not been in human form marvel at what appears to be the inconsistencies of the human being. We look at the great power you contain within and we ask ourselves over and over how it is that such power can remain untapped, unrecognized, and unguarded?

Of course, we know the same answers that you do. We understand programming. We understand the tendency of the human to gravitate to that which is least painful. We recognize the spirit of the human that ebulliently rises to the occasion again and again, no matter what the occasion is, but there seems to be common threads of emotional ‘disease’ that can incapacitate the human and keep him/her from being their ultimate.

It seems that when affairs of what are called ‘the heart’ affect you, there is an uninteresting inability to heal again. Not that it is impossible; for we have witnessed over and over again the hearts that have moved on to heal themselves. However, it seems that unless there is something extremely powerful for the human to love and feel loved by, the emotions that cause ‘wreck and ruin’, emptiness, loneliness, and deep, deep grief have the ability to hold sway over the human. This, in spite of the mind’s total awareness of what the emotions are going through.

Thus it is that religion has such a strong hold over the heart of forlorn humans. Thus it is that gangs and violence hold sway over the hearts of abandoned and seeking humans. Thus it is that suicide claims so many human forms. The amount of grief that a human heart can hold seems limited.

If that be true, then why do humans seek out the very things that will cause them such grief? Inner fulfillment is often given to someone or something outside of the self. You have been raised to believe that by finding ‘your place in the outer world’ you will find contentment, self-satisfaction and relief from the feelings of not belonging. Your ‘heartstrings’, as you say, are easily pulled by a world that in its greed, understands all too well how to make you live, dance, eat and act like a puppet.

Have you not thought of yourselves as a puppet before? Have you not recognized how even those you love can get you to dance the dance of ‘please me or else’? Or live the life of pins and needles as you tiptoe through the field mines of responses, hoping desperately within that you will not fall prey to an explosive reaction from someone around you?

Beloveds, all of the above queries are not the queries of an entity or entities who have not yet lived in human form. They are the queries of yourself, both individually and collectively as a planet. They are brought forth today for you in this session for you to recognize for yourself how absolutely influenced you are by the mass thoughts that swirl around your world, both inner and outer. You live in a very noisy realm, and by that is not meant the decibels of volume that exude from your machines, but rather that the quantity of thoughts is ‘deafening’. Moreover, the quality of these thoughts is less ‘health food’ than ‘junk food’.

What does this mean for you? Simply that you must continue to keep aware that whenever you are feeling less than your magnificent best (whether that be peaceful, neutral, or blissfully joyful), you are subject to the influence of those invisible thought forms that make up the atmosphere in which you currently live. ADD to those thought forms. Be likened unto a giant eraser that finds the sentences in the paragraphs and essays that swirl in the mental realm around you and erases those that bring you displeasure. For you must be the one who makes the effort to make the difference. You must be the one who remembers to block the sponge-like absorptive ability of the human self. You must be the one who takes responsibility for the environment just as surely as those who spray chemicals, apply compost or cut the grass. Each of your outer world activities could be likened to an exact one that also needs attention in your inner world.

As you cultivate the fertile ground that is your inner fall garden, ask yourself exactly what it is you will be growing? What will be the fruits of your labors? What will you fertilize your garden with? What will you expect to be provided by something outside of yourself? How much control will you have over the garden or how will you ignore it?

Be the farmer. Plant your life. Grow your success. Be the fruits you wish to become surrounded with.

Be at peace,
Shugalá

Do You Follow A "Road to Mastery"?

Posted on Jan 10th, 2008 by Illuminator : Beacon of Light Illuminator

Have you have entered the territory of no return? It has been said that once a Chela knowingly embarks upon a path of self mastery, there is no turning back, for he/she will always be aware and cognizant of the place in life that is in need of repair, alteration, allowance, or recognition.

What roads to mastery are there? Probably as many as we can invent.

What road have you chosen?

It is said that what you seek to do for others is what you seek to do for the self, so for instance, if you are seeking to heal others, you are seeking to heal the self. If you are seeking to enlighten others, you are seeking to enlighten yourself. If you are seeking to take care of others, you are seeking to take care of the self. If you are seeking to rescue others, you are seeking to rescue the self.

I was part of a group whose road to mastery was through the guidance of Ascension and Mystery School devotion. This group, before it dispersed, eventually called itself a 'rescue group'. Rescue from what?  From the limitations that life in its experiences had marked each one with.

How? What light filters through you must illuminate and animate that which lives within you, and if that which lives within you causes disharmony in a way that seeks to prevent you from ‘moving forward' ,so to speak, with your own personal development, then you, as an individual, will, either knowingly or unknowingly, reduce the amount of pure, undiluted, perfected light that can filter through your being.

The moment "light" or "universal mind substance" comes in contact with your consciousness, all that you are and are about is illuminated. You cannot hide from yourself when the light is present. Only when the darkness presides. Then it is easy to make excuses and to find faults with others.

When you can find a fault in another, you must take the time and effort to look within yourself and recognize what kind of reflection that is for you about yourself. The Lakota Sioux call this ‘stalking the self'. That is truly the only prey worth stalking.
